"I’ve had my cross pen for a while..."
I’ve had my cross pen for a while now, and it’s been through my usual routine, tossed in my bag, left in my desk drawer, and even dropped a couple of times. It still looks good and writes smoothly, which is what I expect from something I use every day.
The metal body has a nice solid feel to it and doesn’t come across as cheap at all. I’m picky about buying things that actually last, and this pen has met that standard so far. I’d definitely buy it again.

It actually came quicker than I expected, like, way faster than I thought. No issues at all, so yeah, happy with it

"Return was fine, just a bit more effort than I wanted"
I ended up having to return a pen refill because it didn’t fit, which was kind of annoying since I had to go through the whole return process for such a small item. That said, support was easy to deal with and the refund showed up after a few days. So overall it worked out fine, just wish it hadn’t taken the extra effort in the first place

"Good repair, just took a while"
I sent my pen in for a warranty repair and they did fix it, so no complaints there. It works fine now. It just took a little longer than I was hoping, which was kind of annoying, but... overall, they got it done.

"Pretty happy with it overall"
I ordered from cross.com and to be honest, I was a little unsure at first because the price wasn’t exactly the cheapest I’ve seen. But once it arrived, I felt way better about it. The item came in fine, and the quality actually surprised me a bit — in a good way. I’ve bought cheaper ones before and felt disappointed quickly, but this one feels more solid. So yeah, I went from kind of hesitant to pleased. If they run a decent deal again, I’d probably buy from them another time

"Nice gift, even if I had doubts"
I got this for my dad and he really liked it, so I’m happy with it. i wasn’t totally sure about it at first and thought it might be a little too simple, but he seemed genuinely pleased, so I guess it was a good pick after all

"Nice pen, but honestly a little overpriced"
I ordered a cross pen and I’ll say, the quality is definitely good. It feels solid, writes really smoothly, and the packaging looked nice too. But the price is what keeps bugging me. It just feels a bit too expensive for what it is. I do like the pen, don’t get me wrong, but every time I think about what I paid, it feels like it should’ve been a little cheaper. Overall I’m happy with it, I just wish the price wasn’t so high.

"Really helpful customer service"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to Cross customer service... i wasn’t expecting much at first. But they got back to me quickly and actually seemed to read what I’d written, which was a nice surprise.
The person who helped me was friendly and got everything sorted without turning it into a big hassle. No endless back and forth, just simple and clear. I’m really happy with how they handled it
